Flying Trapeze in Sydney – Circus Arts at Sydney Olympic Park Photos

Honestly, those lucky, lucky kids of mine.

What are they going to get up to next?

Here are some more photos from the kids‘ flying trapeze lessons.

A big thank you to Sydney Olympic Park’s Kids In The Park program and to Circus Arts for hosting my kids. They loved their aerial adventures.

First they had to practise closer to ground level.

Then they took to the skies!

I so enjoyed taking a zillion photos of them that Sunday. The old wide angle 50mm lens came in handy to quickly snap some close up shots of them.

None of the flying catches worked this time.

They’ll have to try again.  And maybe I could have a wee turn, like I did in Bali earlier in the year.

And the kids could take the photos for a change!

I love seeing my kids being wild and adventurous- especially when it’s outside rather than all over my house!

Are your children junior acrobats like mine?

Would they love the flying trapeze?

Happy flying

I bet your kids love all the cool stuff they get to do because of you!!
I would LOVE to do that myself. Great pics BTW.
Not sure my boys would like it but my dare devil big girl might when she gets older! 🙂

And I know you’d love a go Emily – it’s such a blast. I enjoyed taking the pix this time though and watching the kids… but next time, I need a turn.

That looks fun! Not that you’d ever get me up there because I am terrified of heights, but my kids would be all over that in a heartbeat!

Or use it as a way to beat the fear of heights… there’s safety rope plus the net… what could go wrong!??

They are starting to complain about me taking their photos… but I snapped these off so fast they barely had time to notice. I think I need alonger lens…They really are so lucky.

I think this would be a great day out. Something for the school holidays for sure – if it ever stops raining! Your kids are very beautiful and I think your daughter particularly looks like you! xx

I really need to write a post about what to do when it’s raining… but I am too grumpy! It’s all cooking here today, one of Carolyn’s slow cooker recipes and I’ll make some bread and some of the mushroom soup. Grrr… horrid weather!
