Met Princess Bubblegum, the kids club pet at Novotel Twin Waters Resort on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. She’s a very good humoured girl and always keen to make her junior guests very welcome.
Kidz Cove is the name of the kids club here, which also operates in-room babysitting for guests.
Since this Sunshine Coast resorts attracts lots of families, and hosts many weddings and other events, the kids club is very popular.
In fact, three of my own kids used this kids club when we stayed at Twin Waters about five years ago, well before I had started blogging. So no photos of my mob.
Kidz Cove – The Kids Club at Novotel Twin Waters Resort
So what is Kidz Cove like?
Well, it’s got heaps of good equipment both in the indoor and the outdoor areas. The variety of toys and of climbing and playground equipment is great.
Overall, the size of the indoor rooms and of the secure playground is not huge. The kids do certainly get taken out and about at times around the Resort, and I know mine would love that. But whether than can happen or not depends on the numbers and ages of children on the day.
Kidz Cove activities include:
- sand art
- cooking classes
- beach activitirs
- board games
- arts and crafts
- water play

Have you stayed at Novotel Twins Waters Resort? Did your kids go to the kids club?
Mine enjoyed going there when we visited. And I’d certainly pop my nine year olds in there for a session or two whilst I went to the spa.
