Supply cafe huskisson2Right, that’s it! Three people have now asked me where to find the best coffee at Jervis Bay… there’s nothing for it but to write a blog post.

Now then, my first answer would generally be: ‘Don’t ask me, I’m grateful to get ANY cup of coffee.’

But my husband is a bit of a coffee addict and he prefers Supply Cafe on the main drag in Huskisson.

I absolutely love this cafe also, especially for it’s sublime Brekky Salad, which I’ve Instagrammed on more than one occasion.

For me, this is the world’s best breakfast, washed down with a couple of coffees… perfect.

Supply is more than just a cafe, it’s also a deli, juice bar and a catering company. It’s a bit of a local gathering spot too. And it’s green, very green, you can’t possibly miss it.

We went to Supply for a birthday breakfast for my 49th last January.

I had my second fave brekkie that day… don’t worry, the soft toys didn’t eat too much.

Going to Supply regularly is a fairly new treat for our family. Until this year we usually went to The Husky Bakery as it’s so good if you have young children.

This year the twins are better at sitting still. And in fact they can now run up to the White Sands Playground on their own or with their big brothers, leaving Paul and I in cafe heaven… there are so many great things about kids getting older and this for sure is one of them.

Myself and my good pal (my Aussie sister) Kate B of Huskisson Bed and Breakfast have made Supply our cafe of choice too. We love to natter at Supply solving the problems of the world, or perhaps just the problems of breakfast.

Having said all that… Supply can get incredibly busy – pesky holidaymakers, oops I’m one of them. If it’s just chockers we might speed off to gorgeous Hyams Beach Cafe.

Or maybe back to Kate’s place… her husband Steve makes a great coffee. So if you’re looking for somewhere to stay with great coffee try Huski B + B.

Is coffee an important holiday pleasure for you?

My husband is a coffee nasty and won’t settle until he knows where he’ll find the best! Thanks for the very handy hint as we will be in Husky mid Jan : )

I am a coffee nasty too and whenever I get to any new place I always find a good coffee restaurant.
