Vikings Sports Club is one of those places that you’d never know was there unless you heard through word of mouth.
Tucked away in a leafy street in Dundas, opposite the new water playground, it’s a fairly small, family-friendly community club. Part if its appeal is that it is not usually too busy and offers great value for money.
The recently refurbished Little Vikings indoor play area is a great drawcard for families.
The play area is designed to cater for kids of all ages and features two soft play areas, arcade games, air hockey, colouring-in activities and a dedicated TV for Nickelodeon lovers.
The Baby Vikings soft play area caters for children 0-2 years. It includes soft play equipment as well as interactive activity wall panels.
For the older kids, there’s a two storey soft play playground including a fun slide and an array of climbing and obstacle equipment to suit children from 2-6 years old.
The Little Vikings play area is located in a separate room to the rest of the club and offers ample seating and a lounge area for parents to relax whilst keeping an eye on the kids. It’s also conveniently located next door to the bistro which serves affordable meals.
Kids meals are all $9 with adult meals starting from $11. Kids eat free every Monday and Tuesday night.
Toilets/baby change: Little Vikings is equipped with toilets and nappy changing facilities in the same space as the play area and a secure entry/exit system to ensure children stay safe while in our venue.
High chairs: Yes
Parking: There is a car park at the club
Nearest station: Dundas
Extra: Before you eat, let the kids have a splash and a play at Phillip Ruddock water play playground at Yates Avenue, Dundas Valley, open September to May: 9:00am – 8:00pm.
