As soon as we stepped into the brightly coloured playland, we were greeted by the friendly staff who were more than happy to help us get settled in. They informed us about the centre’s safety rules and regulations, making sure everyone could have a great time while staying safe.
The main play area is a sprawling multi-level climbing structure, complete with slides, tunnels, and ball pits. This massive play zone caters to kids of all ages. This makes it the perfect spot for your little ones to burn off some energy while you take a well-deserved break.
Miss 4 couldn’t wait to get stuck into the action, and it wasn’t long before she was were darting around the play area having a blast.

One of the highlights of Lollipop’s Playland and Café Canberra is the dedicated toddler area. It’s tucked away from the main play zone, providing a quieter space for the tiny tots to explore without the worry of being overrun by older kids.
The toddler zone features age-appropriate play equipment, including soft play structures, a mini ball pit, and a slide perfect for the little ones. My youngest bub had an absolute ball in this area.

How Was The Cafe in Lollipop’s Playland?
When the little tackers started to feel peckish, we headed over to the café for a bite to eat. The menu offered a great selection of food for kids and adults, from classic favourites like sausage rolls and meat pies to healthier options like wraps and salads.
The kid’s meals were well-priced. And of course, we couldn’t resist trying one of the delectable treats on display at the counter – the lamingtons were an absolute hit!
While the kids refuelled, I took the opportunity to catch up with some friends over a cuppa. The café area boasts plenty of seating and overlooks the play area, so you can keep an eye on your little adventurers while enjoying some downtime.
How Are The Staff in Lollipop’s Playland and Cafe Canberra?
The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit.
The play equipment was spotless, and I witnessed staff regularly sanitising high-touch areas throughout the day, which is essential in these times.
Lollipop’s also have a unique security band system to ensure the safety of your child. On entering, your child is given a number wristband and you are given a ticket with matching number. On leaving, staff check the numbers match! While we all fear the worst, it’s nice to know that staff are working to keep the children safe while in the centre.
