Open: Monday–Friday 6am–9pm; weekends and public holidays 7.30am–5pm in summer, 3pm in winter.

Open all year. Under twos free.

Pools: Indoors—25 metre pool with 6 lanes, leisure pool, toddler pool, adult’s sauna.

A very appealing pool for the little ones. The toddler pool has six huge mushroom showers and a spouting boat which they love to clamber over. All three pools are linked, so children can move from one to the other without leaving the water. There is lots of natural light in the pools and the three towering palm trees provide an outdoors feel.

Mum’s report: My kids love the palm trees and the mushroom showers and the boat—it’s fun!

Extra: Near the centre is a pond with a bridge across it and ducks, and the path all around the outside is nice for a short walk or bike ride There is a library attached to the centre.
