Choc’ & Moi is a chocolate cafe and workshop in Brookvale, run by Helene, a chocolatier from Belgium. Helene imports her couverture from Belgium and offers chocolate and truffle making classes.
Adult classes: 2.5 hour classes run regularly and there are 3 hour coffee and chocolate classes too.
Kids classes: 2 hour classes run regularly, birthday parties can be arranged.

Kimberley Chocolates, Lilyfield
Chocolatier Joseph Atallah runs chocolate workshops at this. Learn to melt chocolate, make ganache and mould dip and decorate all sorts of chocolates. A Sydney institution since 1994.
Classes: 2.5 hour classes most Fridays and Saturdays; 4 hour classes most Saturday afternoon. Kids aged 10+ can take part.
Kids Chocolate Workshop: Run for private groups, great for birthday parties. 2 hours

The Sydney Chocolate School, Mosman
Run by Coco Chocolate, which also has a shop in Kirribilli, the Sydney Chocolate School is located on a magnificent headland jutting into Middle Harbour.
Classes: 1.5 hours hand tempering on marble; 3 hours theory and practice of hand tempering.
School holiday classes: For children aged 8 – 16 years 1.5 hours
Kids birthday: from aged 8+, parties last 1.5 hours, add on a Coco High Tea afterwards for an extra special celebration

The chocolate classes offered here range from day long beginner courses to 5-day chocolate intensives – a dream!
No kids classes at this TAFE-based academy, you need to be 15 or over to attend… but lots of chocolatey goodness for the later teens and grown ups.
