Book us straight in to another chocolate workshop! Book me in for the adult class!
One of the best school holiday activities we did was a Chocolate Workshop at the new Choc & Moi cafe and workshop in Brookvale.
The class was two hours, and the kids learned a lot of interesting facts about chocolate.

Learning about the picking, drying, roasting, grinding and separation processes

The result! The milk chocolate buttons that Choc & Moi owner Helene imports from her native Belgium

White chocolate buttons, ready to be melted and tempered

Even little hands can temper chocolate, with help
The children then made chocolate cake pops and decorated them.

They made small chocolate lollipops too
Helene, the owner of Choc & Moi, is a Belgian chocolatier who has emigrated here and brought her passion for chocolate with her!

Thanks for hosting the kids, Helene. Next time I must put down the camera and make some chocolates myself!
