Oh you bet baking is so therapeutic on a rainy or cold day! I’m loving your peanut butter cupcake recipe. The last 2 weeks I’ve been on a roll baking choc chip cookies and also red velvet cookies (from the box). They sure were warm gooey memories 🙂 I had to stop as it was too much sugar 😉
